Front Desk Executive
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operations of the front desk.
- Attending meetings and trainings as per requirement.
- Handling all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-3 years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience.
- Familiarity with office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office
