Front Desk Executive

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall operations of the front desk.
  • Attending meetings and trainings as per requirement.
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing calls. 
  • Providing administrative support to other departments as needed

     

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-3 years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience.
    • Familiarity with office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office
